Payment Terms

Payment terms for our financial coaching services:

• Payment is due before coaching services commence
• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR)
• VAT is included in all quoted prices

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of service commencement, subject to our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for coaching services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Draxelionmedia against any claims arising from your use of our coaching services or investment decisions.

Service Termination

Either party may terminate coaching services with written notice.

Upon termination, access to coaching materials ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by South African law and subject to South African courts' jurisdiction.

We may update these terms with notice to clients.

Severability

If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining terms continue in full effect.

Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the complete agreement between you and Draxelionmedia regarding our coaching services.
